      • - Handsink in kitchen had run out of paper towels (CORRECTED).
      • - Soap dispenser in bar area had fallen off mount, not easy to dispense.
      • Corrective Action(s): Hand washing plays a critical role in food safety. Please address the above issues. Ensure all handwash sinks are equipped before the start of any food preparation.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer not being used in bar area and in pizza prep area. Cleaner is being used insead. This has been addressed in previous inspection reports. The use of just a cleaner does not ensure that the food contact surfaces are sufficiently sanitized i.e. that bactrial contamination has been removed.
      • Corrective Action(s): Appropriate sanitizer must be used effective immediately. The sanitizer that is in use in the kitchen can be used for the bar and pizza prep areas.
