- The facility did not have the illness records at the time of inspection. The facility must always maintain and document the illness records. Cleaning and Sanitation checklist were not found during the time of inspection.Facility must provide Cleaning and Sanitation checklist.

Outstanding: The facility did not have the chlorine test strips. The bleach bottle must be labeled- staff corrected. Preparation of bleach solution- 2 caps of bleach in 1 liter of water.The bleach solution must be measured with the chlorine test strips (100 ppm).
