      • Second floor: Walls were noted to have peeling paint. Please ensure all walls, floors and ceilings are in good repair and easy to clean.*Landlord also notified of concerns. Update: Quotes indicated to be secured with work to be completed.

      • The temperature at the main floor was measured to be 22C.The temperature in the stairs and second floor child care room was measured to be 17 - 18C which is not sufficient for adequate heating.(Temperature outside was mild with temperatures at or above 0C) Please ensure that heating system is capable of maintaining a temperature of 20C in all habitable spaces including the second floor child care space.Program has reported concerns to landlord previously - landlord notified at this time.
