    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Toddler Room:Observed that cloth was being used for disinfecting of diaper surface. Discussed with staff to use single use paper towel for disinfecting at the diapering station.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Pre-kinder room: The faucet in the attached washroom was not operational. Children were able to wash their hands in the room hand sink with supervision by staff.Please ensure the faucet is repaired and in good operational condition.
