- Commercial dishwasher was not meeting final rinse temperature (temperature measured to be 61C, 64C).Please use single use disposable dishes for children use. All serving dishes and utensils are required to be cleaned and sanitized using 2 comp method (dishwasher can be used for washing only, bleach solution for sanitizing required). Please repair the commercial dishwasher to meet final rinse temperatures of 71C (82C at the manifold).
