      • Green peppers observed being stored in garbage bags, held within the storage cooler opposite of the kitchen.

      • Kitchen handsinks lacked single use paper towels.

      • Expired food handling permit observed in the kitchen, on the exterior surface of the walk-in cooler.

      • North-side bar, utility room. Water line going to the ice making machine leaked, water pooled on the floor and had flowed to the utility room door.

      • A large pile of garbage (food containers, styrofoam, and general debris) observed in the open in the exterior backside of this food facility, nearby to the back door entrance

      • Walk-in cooler, several pails of foods observed being held in storage without lids/covers in place.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Kitchen handsink closest to the walk-in cooler lacked single use paper towels.Kitchen handsink closest to the back doorway lacked single use paper towels and liquid soap.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Both bar areas had evidence of fruit flies around the fountain drink dispensers.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Kitchen handsink closest to the back doorway damaged, sink basin was being propped up by the drainage line.
