- 06. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Critical)?
- The salt chlorination system board has been replaced according to operator and owner. However the chlorine was low and when the chemical controller set point was adjusted to demand chlorine no lights were illuminated on the system. It does not appear that the salt chlorination system is not generating chlorine when requested. Contact your service team to check the system for operation.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The pH value tested (7.62) and the pH reading from the chemical controller (7.3) are not consistent. Check the chemical controller and make the necessary repairs and/or adjustments to ensure the system is consistent with manual readings. Operator stated the probes were just replaced but the controller was manually adjusted to correct the pH.

- 06. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Critical)?
- The salt chlorination system was showing an error message. The pool service provider onsite confirmed that the salt chlorine system was unable to generate sufficient chlorine for the system and would need to be replaced. The pool must have a system that allows for mechanical feeding of chlorine into the pool. Manual adjustment of chemical can not be used as the primary means of maintaining the correct chlorine residual.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The flow meter did not return to 0gpm when the operator turned off the circulation pump and was stuck at 70GPM. Repair or replace the flow meter so that it can adequately read the flow rate of the pool system.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The pH value tested (7.5) and the pH reading from the chemical controller (7.7) are not consistent. Check the chemical controller and make the necessary repairs and/or adjustments to ensure the system is consistent with manual readings.
- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- New main drains were installed in the pool basin by pool service provider. Additional repair to the sumps and basin membrane were conducted. Photos were forwarded to the undersigned from the contractor to confirm compliant installation. Facility is awaiting service call from another pool service provider due to current changes in main drain certification standards and lower maximum flow ratings for current pipe and sump configuration. Facility must forward validation from the pool service provider to confirm complaint installation.
