      • Cupboard underneath the hand washing sink in the front area is noted dirty.Ensure the cupboard is kept clean at all times.

      • On the kitchen side of the door to the front service area: the back plate to door handle is not secured to the door. Please repair the back plate of the door handle and ensure all door handles are maintained in good repair.

      • The soap dispenser is held together with tape making it difficult to clean. Please ensure the soap dispenser is maintained in good repair and is easy to clean.
