- 2) 3-compartment sinks do not have plugs. Operator is using cloth to plug the drains.
- 3) Reusable plates and cups found in dry storage. There is no commercial dishwasher in the facility.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator made a fresh bleach solution at the time of inspection. 5 mL of bleach is required for 1 L of water. Use a measuring spoon and obtain test strips.
