- Corrective Action(s): 1) Seal the holes/gaps in the entire kitchen. Do not use cement as it's not smooth. Use of epoxy, etc is acceptable. The flooring should be smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer available for use. Staff couldn't find any clean spray bottles to prepare the solution in but was able to prepare it in a insert container. Test strips are available onsite, but they're almost out.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff prepare the sanitizer solution every morning and change it throughout the day as required. Purchase new spray bottles for the sanitizer and label the bottles. Test strips must be used to determine the correct concentration between 200-400ppm. Purchase more test strips as you're almost out.
