- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer concentration in the 3-comp. sink was around 10ppm Chlorine.
- Corrective Action(s): When using manual dishwashing, ensure that the correct amount of sanitizer is being used. Use about 1/2 to 3/4 cup bleach for the volume of water in the 3rd compartment.

- Corrective Action(s): Sweep up the droppings and disinfect the area to prevent cross contamination. Regularly clean the area to monitor for pest activity. Consult a pest control company.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bleach sanitizer was too strong - the test strip was whited out when tested. Operator mentioned using 50-50 ratio for bleach to water.
- 2) Water tray in the ice-machine had some build up of grime in the edges. Operator mentioned that the machine is cleaned every 6 months.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator made 200 ppm bleach solution at the time of inpsection. 5 mL of bleach per 1 L of water is required. Wipe down all counters with the new sanitizer solution immediately.
- 2) Wash and sanitize the water tray every month to prevent build up of grime. Maintain a schedule. Date to be corrected by: September 2, 2022.
