- -There was one staff with up to date Food Safety Certification. Another staff member had an expired Food Safe Certificate and had also taken the Basics course, which is not an approved course.Ensure your staff member with the expired certificate take an approved Food Safety Course. - -The bleach solution in the kitchen was too strong (>500ppm). Ensure a 100ppm solution is available.

- -Scoops were stored inside rice containers; this can lead to the contamination of rice. Please store scoops outside containers.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- -There was no paper towel at the hand sink at the time of inspection. This was corrected at the time of inspection.
