- -There was no one on-site that could verify that they had taken an approved food safety course. Please ensure that someone on-site daily that prepares food takes a course and the certificate is available on-site

- -The commercial washer was not being used and there was only a 2-compartment sink available in the kitchen. The facility must switch to single use disposable items. The food permit will be updated. Please remove all re-useable dishes.

- -No test strips were available. Please ensure appropriate test strips are available.
