      • 1) Areas of unfinished raw wood throughout the program were noted. - shelving in the preschool room- wood on the wall by the toddler bathroom hooks.- wall in the toddler room.All walls and finishes should be smooth and cleanable.2) The laminate flooring in the toddler room was separating. Repair required.

      • 1) The floor drain in the toddler bathroom was not secure. Please repair.2) There was a sharp nail protruding from the wall under the "sweet time daycare" sign in the toddler room.

      • Some magnetic toys (magnatiles) were beginning to separate at the seam which could cause the magnet to fall out. Please thoroughly inspect the pieces and discard all damaged tiles.

      • The left sink faucet in the toddler bathroom was slow to drain. Please repair.

      • 1) Light was entering from outside through the toddler room entrance door. Inadequate weather stripping was noted. Please repair or replace weather stripping.2) Unmarked/not for children Bingo dabbers were noted in the toddler room. Please remove from use.3) The seal behind the sink in the toddler bathroom was in disrepair. Please repair.4) Shelving in the preschool room was over four feet. Please secure to the wall to prevent a tipping hazard.
