- Dishwasher was not on due to a part that is on order. Operator anticipates the part will be acquired within 3 weeks. Ensure the commercial dishwasher is fully functional/repaired and properly sanitizing.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. Floors- beneath the dishwasher is plywood and not waterproof or easily cleanable. Please ensure floor beneath the dishwasher is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable2. Countertop transitions are not smooth and can trap debris. Transitions should be smooth and easily cleanable.
