- Facility did not have chlorine test strips on-site. During the inspection, the operator ordered test strips. Please ensure test strips are used regularly to ensure sanitizer is at a minimum of 100ppm chlorine.

- A few mouse droppings were observed under the handwashing sink. Shortly after the inspection, the operator cleaned the area and submitted a photo. Please monitor this area moving forward to ensure there are no pest problems. Pest control checklist provided to the operator during the inspection.
