      • Temperature data logging result shows that the facility dishwasher rinsing temperature is not adequate to sanitize kitchen and children' utensils. Please fix the dishwasher and ensure it is working properly, and in the meanwhile clean and sanitize the kitchen and children’s utensils manually, using the 3-compartment sink method of washing, rinsing and soaking in 100-ppm of bleach solution for 3-5 minutes.**OUTSTANDING VIOLATION (2024-11-26). The staff mentioned that their residential dishwasher was still not fixed. Temperature data logging was not conducted during the inspection. The staff mentioned that they are still trying to fix the dishwasher. In the meantime, the staff mentioned that they manually wash and sanitize their dishware in their multiple-compartment sink. The staff demonstrated adequate knowledge on the proper manual dishwashing procedures, including the proper mixing and testing of a 100-ppm chlorine.
