- Observation(s): raw meats were stored above vegetables. ensure all raw meats especially when thawing are stored either on one shelving unit or at the bottom of the shelves to prevent possible contamination scoops should not be stored in dry goods bin. either get a hook or have them stored separately so the handles cannot contaminate the food
