- At time of inspection:1. All childcare washroom hand sink temperatures were noted to be less than 49 Degrees Centigrade - SATISFACTORY.2. The two kitchen washroom hand sinks (which children have access to) were measuring a maximum water temperature of 54.8 Degrees Centigrade. During inspection, the hot water tank temperature dial was turned down. Please verify (with photographs) that a maximum water temperature (of both faucets) measure 49 Degrees Centigrade or less.

Operator indicated a new alternative will be looked into to avoid further damage. No water infiltration was identified.

- At time of inspection:1. The south (side main entrance door) was not properly sealed at the bottom and can allow pests to enter into this facility. Although there is a door leading into this daycare, rodents still have the capability to enter when the door is left open. Rodents can also harbour the indoor play areas and food facility.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Re-seal the bottom of the south main entrance door.

Please use bleach or 0.5% hydrogen peroxide. ***The diapering area will be moved according to the operator, reassessment will be required upon re-inspection***Please have appropriate test strips for the sanitizer in use.

- 1. The walls throughout the facility have gaps and nicks, making the walls difficult to clean. 2. Some of the cupboards are not secured to the wall. 3. Some of the edges of the cupboards are noted to be rough. 4. The counter to the toy sink has a spot for the installation for another sink. 5. In some places the edges of the door frames to the washrooms are rough. 1. Please repair the walls to be smooth, durable, easily cleanable. 2. Please secure the cupboards.3. Please smooth out the edges of the cupboards. 4. Please install a sink or finish the cupboard surface to be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. 5. Please smooth the edges of the door frame.

- The exterior cladding is incomplete on the outside wall by the daycare door. Please install the remaining exterior cladding.
