- Corrected: Safety plan and maintenance schedule have been provided and are on site to follow. Outstanding: A wall has been constructed in the back area to store items separately from the water treatment systems. Walls have had progress, entryway has not yet been surfaced. Ensure walls/entryway are smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

- No test strips present to verify the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. No means of determining the ozone concentration added to the water. Please acquire all necessary testing devices.

Please ensure a written safety plan is in place and emailed to me. 3. Sanitation and Maintenance Plan - Vern advised that he has one in place and will email it to me. None has been recieved to date.
