      • -Main prep cooler was measured to be at ~16C-Operator discovered that the fan for the cooling unit was not turned on. After the fan was turned on, the cooler temperature was dropping toward an appropriate temperature. Operator was instructed to ensure that unit can maintain a temperature of 4C or colder
