      • Used cleaning cloths in the main kitchen area were left out on the counter. Staff placed the cloths in an appropriate sanitizer solution.

      • Batter was stored in a bowl placed directly on the floor in the main kitchen unit. Staff removed the bowl off the floor.

      • The door seal at the back of the kitchen is in disrepair. Please ensure that the door is designed to prevent the entry of pests.

      • No proof of food safety training certificate. Discussed with supervisor ; proof of food safety training will be provided.

      • 1. The hot water faucet in the kitchen sink is in disrepair. Ensure that the plumbing system is operating properly.2. The ceiling surface in the area near the main kitchen is covered with cardboard. Ensure that the ceiling surface is suitable.

      • Bowls were being stored in flour bags near the kitchen area. The bowls were removed from the flour.

      • 1. No written records of sanitation procedures. Please establish written procedures for cleaning and sanitizing.2. The ceiling surface in the kitchen food preparation area is not clean. Ensure the kitchen ceiling is kept clean and sanitary.3. The exhaust above the fryer in the main kitchen area has a buildup of grease. Ensure that the exhaust system is being properly maintained and cleaned.
