      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water supply was not available at the start of the inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): After waiting 30 minutes, hot water supply was restored. Reviewed with principal re: hot water supply. Currently the hot water tank is supplied with an on demand hot water machine. Pipes out of the on demand machine were hot but the pipes out of the hot water tank was not hot. Assumed that hot water tank is not operational.
      • Monitor the hot water supply in the facility, switch to on demand hot water only as a temporary measure if hot water is not getting to sinks. Repair the hot water tank.
