      • -Seal the hole in the wall noted in the back storage area, behind the shelving.
      • -Seal or remove cooler kick plates.
      • -Seal any other entry points or harbourage areas noticed by pest control, even if they were not observed during the inspection.
      • Discussed with the store manager, parts are on order and a work order has been placed for all of the above noted items requiring correction.
      • Corrective Action(s): Correct prior to the re-inspection.

      • -Multiple bags of instant noodles
      • -Bags of Crispers
      • -5 bags of Moong Dal
      • -5 bags of "Pan"
      • -One bag of flour
      • -Several bags of Bikaji chips (staff were directed to sort all chips and discard the contaminated ones)
      • Corrective Action(s): All food items were discarded.

      • Observation: See code 201. Droppings were also found in the following areas:
      • -Around bags of pet food in the back and in the front. Two bags of pet food in the front and one bag in the back had been chewed on.
      • -On top of "Premium Plus" crackers (discarded)
      • -In the bakery underneath the bread.
      • -Around pallets of rice stored on the floor
      • -On shelving in most of the dry food aisles.
      • -On top of "Make Gusto" instant noodles. (discarded)
      • -In the dry noodle aisle
      • -Around the soup mix
      • -In the candy section around the "Caramel"
      • -Next to the "Real Bacon"
      • -On the shelving around the pasta
      • -Next to the dry unbleached flour
      • -Next to the Chipits
      • -Next to the Jasmine rice
      • -In the pet food section in the front and back of the store.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean all of the droppings on the shelf and the floor.
      • 2) Have pest control come onsite and place traps underneath the shelving, and do a full assessment. Provide the report afterwards.
