- Discussed with the store manager, parts are on order and a work order has been placed for all of the above noted items requiring correction.

- Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean all of the droppings on the shelf and the floor.
- 2) Have pest control come onsite and place traps underneath the shelving, and do a full assessment. Provide the report afterwards.
