      • Human and plant-based exosome products were used during microneedling, either of the products have a DIN. - Human-based exosome product is not permitted unless the product contains a DIN (drug identification number) from Health Canada. - Exosome products are not permitted during microneedling, only before.Actions: Please stop provided any non-plant-based exosome product and apply the product before microneedling only.

    • 03. Are facility-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices?
      • Facility didn't have written aftercare plan for the client. - Ensure an aftercare plan is provided to the client in writing.
    • 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
      • Facility do not require the client to sign for consent or information prior to services. Facility do not retain sterility information of the microneedling cartridges.- Ensure the information are retained for minimum of 2 years.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • A camera lens that came in touch with client's scalpe was disinfected with alcohol wipe in between use. Manufacturing instructions were not available onsite to confirm. - Have the manufacturing instructions of how to clean and disinfect in between clients ready for review, and follow the instructions.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The hairwashing station was not installed properly,, the drain was foam sealed that is exposed tempering and water leaks, flooring was cut out and baseboard removed that exposed to unsmooth surfaces.- Ensure the drain the properly sealed, the flooring and baseboard are properly installed for smooth, easily cleanable, and nonporous.
