      • Small flies were observed in the bar service area and on the walls. The facility has a pest control company providing monthly service; ensure all pest control recommendations are followed.Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces and ensure that all drink and alcohol dispensers/spouts are covered to prevent fly access.

      • 18 Nov 2025: Scoops were observed stored outside the food bins and were sent for washing after each use. A scoop with a handle should be used to prevent contamination of the bulk food.Scoops without handles were observed in the flour and sugar bins. Ensure that scoops with handles are obtained and stored upright to prevent contamination.

      • No paper towel was available at the hand sink in the dishwashing area. The dispenser was refilled with paper towel during the inspection.
