     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
     • Raw beef patties were 14C in the cook-line cooler. Bacteria will grow in the patties and could cause illness. Temperatures were recorded at 10am and it was below 4C. Raw beef patties were placed in the cooler at 12:30pm.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Immediately transfer raw beef patties into a cooler that maintains food at 4C. Have the unit serviced so it can maintain food at 4C or colder. During the inspection, staff placed the raw beef patties in ice to keep them below 4C, and the manager placed a work order to have the unit serviced.

     • The sink in the drive-thru area, has a leaking faucet and the sink basin is not secured or sealed. Water will drip and accumulate on the floor. This dampness and accumulating water will attract and breed flies.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Repair and/or replace the faucet and sink basin, so that the faucet no longer leaks when it is turned on or off. And, secure and seal the sink basin to the frame, so water does not leak below onto the floor.
