      • **Ongoing Violation**1. The daily operating records did not indicate that Combined Chlorine testing was occurring on a daily basis. Ensure the Combined Chlorine is tested on a daily basis (and the results of the tests are recorded in the daily operating records). 2. The weekend dates in the daily operating procedures (during which the pool and whirlpool were in operation) did not have chemical readings present. The pool and whirlpool must be chemically tested (and have their water clarity/drain covers checked) each day the basins are in operation. 3. The daily operating records did not contain a section to indicate the water clarity or main drain covers were being checked on a daily basis. Ensure the drain covers and water clarity are checked on a daily basis and there is a recording in the daily operating records to indicate this has been conducted.
