      • Several towels were being used to line food contact surfaces inside coolers, on the prep counter, and on carts. Food contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.

      • There was a cut up hole to access a water valve in the wall near the upright cooler in the food storage room. Repair/close the hole to prevent pest entry into the food storage area.
