- There were gaps under all the overhead warehouse delivery doors. Please seal to prevent entry of pests.

- Boxes of eating utensils were stored on the warehouse floor and under chemicals. Please store foods/food packaging and eating utensils at least 6 inches off the floor and above/separate from chemicals/cleaners and other potential sources of contamination.
