- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- The staff present could not demonstrate 2-compartment sink dishwashing procedure. Education was provided to the staff during inspection. After washing and rinsing in one sink, ensure the utensils are sanitized in the second sink using 100ppm chlorine solution as discussed.A poster for 2-compartment dishwashing procedure will be sent with this report. Please post it above the sink for reference.

- Re-usable tongs placed in plastic containers were left at room temperature and reused for more than 2 hours. The staff present was instructed to move the tongs and storage containers to the dishwashing sink for washing and sanitizing.Please note that used re-usable utensils cannot be left at room temperature and re-used for more than 2 hours.
