The food deserves 5 stars! Best pizza/pasta/chicken etc.. but their customer service brings it down to a generous 3 unfortunately. Extremely rude attitudes, and the most discourteous personnel I have ever experienced on several occasions. Although I have had no issues whatsoever with their delivery personnel.

On more than a few occasions the staff have overcharged and then proceeded to get mad at me when i reminded them of the price. 0 people skills with most of the staff. If they remembered people skills and prices then they might be a 3 stars as the pizza and building look like wet cardboard.

Terrific store, old and in need of repairs but if you treat the staff amicably and get to know them they are very friendly. They can be known for an uptight demeanor simply because a lot of vagrants and teens use this store. Its located near a known local crack house and the highschool so they have to be on guard and vigilant constantly. Terrific pizza, staff, and product.

Good in a town that shuts down at 6 but otherwise most of the employees are rude and abrupt. Its dirty and overpriced and mainly a last resort. EDIT: with new management the store has cleaned up considerably and the employees are always pleasant.

The manager is the rudest man I've ever come across. I also saw him buying drugs from a well-known drug dealer. Furthermore, I had 2 friends acquire food poisoning after consuming deli prodcucs which were obviously past their due date. It is a haven for criminals, the homeless and crackheads. And management does nothing to deter them. The worst store EVER.

This store discriminates based on age. Teens are rudely instructed to leave purses and bags at the door. I was able to walk around with my purse (in my 40s). When I suggested it was disrespectful the staff sneered, "they steal". Actually, according to the National Shoplifting Prevention Coalition: 25% of shoplifters are kids and 75% are adults. I think it is horrible how they discriminate against an age group that supplies likely 95% of their business (they are next to the high school). All teens should boycott this store for a month. Perhaps then they may ready to show respect.

I never expected much but to not honor the promotions that are shown is just horrible retail service let alone to have the promotion sign still up if you wont honor it and have that be pretty much the only damned price in the store is even more ridiculous. If it weren't for highschool kids this store would make nothing especially with the rude or just straight up distasteful behavior I've seen in the store over the years. I feel its almost safe to assume theres no managment with the way its ran with its constantly dirty storefront,ridiculous pricing, , badly trained/rude employees, and expired product. I have had other bad experiences with 24-7 but this one is too much for me to consider this place a retail business I will probably go and inquire about the promotion and why I was denied promotion prices just out of curiosity/

Went to buy two bottles of water today. Advertised as 5.00 charged me 7 something on debit. Mentioned price didn't believe me, go over and check and I'm right. Can't refund back to debit. Has to give me cash and can't provide a receipt. Needed a receipt for business. Was very unhelpful. Asked for manager and only offered the phone number. Horrible customer service. Won't be back.

The worst customer service in all of Penticton. Nothing in the store has prices listed, so expect Till shock. The employees are from India with prejudice towards others unlike anything I experienced. New ownership is much needed.

Most of the time had what we was looking for weather it was stuff to eat or drink their pizza has been pretty good until afew months ago when something in the recipe was changed God not sure but something did change from it

This place has pretty awful employees. They're rude and condescending. Clean your store once in a while and train your staff to work and not just stand there eating or on their phones all day.

It wont let me give review without giving them atleast one start. I had an extremely bad experience here the guy behind the counter lost it on me when I called him out on trying to rip people off this man called absolute vial names and I would not recommend this store to anyone who's not a junkie

I suggest you clean that Fryer oil you put down the parking lot drain. ruined the clothes I was wearing skateboarding over it. Completely clogged and illegal.

We desperately needed ice for outdoor event yesterday. All of Penticton was sold out of ice. 24-7 had the ice we needed and even offered to help us find more. Love this shop! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

A somewhat convenient place to grab a quick drink or to buy junk food. Wouldn't recommend buying any of the food that was made there, especially the pizza...
