If i could give zero stars i would the lady was absolutely so unprofessional when i was just trying to talk to her about using the washroom to get ready for school cause for the past 4 days everyone else was letting me she said her name was Gigi. She was also extremely racist towards me and very rude asking me to leave unless I'm gonna buy something which I was buying something. And I asked her In a polite way if there's a chance she could ask one of her other employees if it would be OK for me to use the washroom and in front of all the other customers, she got mad and said stop arguing with me you can leave I sincerely hope this will be dealt with or I will be reporting it to the head office was literally just trying to get ready for school and not feel judged or look down on And spoken to you so horribly not sure if her name was actually Gigi cause she hid her name tag

Absolutely filthy bathroom, can not believe they would even let a customer in there. Should be absolutely ashamed.

They always lie about samosas. First they told me that the fryers are not on still I can cook them in the oven. Then I came back at 12 pm and now they’re saying we are out of samosas last night. It happened with me for 3rd consecutive times. Terrible experience every time.

Coming from abbotsford my wife need to change my 2 year old kid diaper and me and my wife also need to go washroom really bad the guy there didn't allow us he said they close the washroom in the night . So dissatisfied with their service hope he come into that situation and then maybe he will realize. happened 2 o'clock in the night on 28 April . So unprofessional.

I orders som stuff from 7-11 on doordash and my driver "forgot" to bring me half my order that I paid for I even texted him asking if he had everything and he said yes. So I called 7-11 and made a complaint asking for my drinks to be brought to me bc I can't drive and the guy on the phone told me to give him 15 minutes and he will bring it, 30 minutes later I called them again and another person picked up the phone and told me that the first guy I talked to gets off at 11 so I gotta wait till then to get my drinks when I should have been informed instead of waiting almost an hour. So he tells me I have to wait another 15 mins and it will be here so at 11:30 they finally brought my "forgotten" drinks. I am honestly pretty mad the driver lied to me saying he had everything. I won't be coming back in that store anymore they mess my order up everytime

The lady working on August 15th at 1700 needs training on customer service . She didn’t greet us, when I asked for hot food from the deli she looked at me like I had two heads. When paying she didn’t even say the total , just pointed at the machine to pay, no thank you, no goodbye , nothing. I told her she should learn some basic manners before leaving the store .

Good coffee, great staff

Great place in town, every time I go over there at midnight the night staff customer services is greatly, kind and take care about the quality of the food and beverages.

Always clean and friendly service ~ great deals on hot food and cold fountain drinks along with awesome sandwiches at the best prices in town

Relatively clean, nice workers, great selection. However their doordash can not be so great, often getting items wrong, but they refunded me all times. The prepared food is great as well.

I ordered samosas and it’s raw, very bad experience, I will never order it again.

This review is for Mimi. Everytime I go into this store she greets me with a kind hello. The customer service she gives is next level especially for a 7 11. Just her smile which is always present brings me joy Great job mimi in case you dont hear it enough. I see you!!
