We were there 1ish to around 3:30pm today and we had an great time. I've been a couple times but today was quite notable. The service was awesome, the guy who helped us out was super knowledgeable, helpful and really easy to chat with. Lots of options for all skill levels and a really neat place. Great bang for your buck.

1st visit was fantastic. Had my 2 young kids 4 & 5 and they loved it, harnesses were easy to fit and the safety system is super safe and user friendly. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Great value all around and great vibes in the place. Will be back 100%

Awesome spot for kids - our 2.5y old had an absolute blast in the kids zone. It's a really safe climbing and exploring area! Shout out to the friendly helpful staff member too! We'll be back 😀

Huge climbing centre for all ages. Big walls, Kilter board, bouldering walls, kids play zone. Coffee and snacks for kids and grown ups. We really appreciated the all ages approach, friendly staff, and huge space/variety. Strongly recommend!

We had an amazing time climbing with my 6 & 8yr old. The staff were super kind and helpful. Especially Hunter, who really engaged with my kids and made sure they were having fun!

Great place for the family. Had their deck open, which gives a nice open-air feel to the place. They serve a great American, and the younger kids enjoyed the playground while my older and I did the walls. Very versatile place.

My kids (aged 7 and 10) enjoyed the summer camps and learned a lot. My son had his 11th birthday party there and the kids had a great time. The rates are reasonable, especially if you buy the 10 drop in passes. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place has a positive atmosphere. For younger kids they have a climbing and play area as well.

We were in Cranbrook for the day and Climb ARQ had something to keep our teenagers and our toddler entertained for two hours and great coffee to keep the adults happy. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
