- Observation(s): La serviette en papier n'était pas présente à l'évier de lavage des mains près de la station de comptoir/serveur avant. Un distributeur de serviettes en papier est situé au coin, mais n'est pas facilement accessible pour cette station. Veuillez placer une serviette en papier à côté de la station de lavage des mains pour que le personnel puisse y accéder.

- Observation(s): L'installation utilise un désinfectant QUAT d'un distributeur automatique et dispose d'un lave-vaisselle au chlore; toutefois, aucune bande d'essai n'a été observée pendant l'inspection.
- F2.1A Des bandes d'essai d'assainissement doivent être disponibles pour chaque désinfectant chimique utilisé dans les locaux.
- F2.3 Les surfaces, les ustensiles et l'équipement en contact avec les aliments sont-ils lavés et désinfectés de manière à éliminer ou à prévenir la contamination?
- Observation(s): L'installation utilise des désinfectants à base de QUAT dans des seaux pour essuyer les surfaces de contact avec les aliments. Un seau rempli de solution d'assainissement enregistrée à 0ppm QUAT lors d'un essai avec des bandes d'essai EHO. L'employé sur place a immédiatement jeté l'ancienne solution de désinfectant et l'a remplie du distributeur automatique. La nouvelle solution d'assainissement enregistrée à 200ppm est conforme au Règlement. Tous les autres désinfectants testés pendant l'inspection ont été enregistrés à 200ppm. Ceci est étiqueté comme corrigé pendant l'inspection (IDC).

A very nice variety on the menu. Had beef Pot roast - so tender - best I’ve had in a while. Hubby had pulled pork Mac & cheese - also amazing. We were served by Amanda - very friendly - she was quite busy as she was the only waitress on, but still quite attentive. We were not kept waiting long for anything!!

Visited ABC Country Restaurant and was really pleased with the hospitality. Mamta was very attentive, and Hercules was so polite and a true gentleman. The chef did an amazing job — cooking and serving delicious food. Loved the experience, will definitely visit again, and highly recommend this place!

Well I had one of the worst experience at ABC restaurant in Cranbrook yesterday, we were visiting this restaurant regularly before we never had any issues , until yesterday so we ordered food for kids and 2 steaks with vegetables, to my surprise food came and I’m not kidding steaks were size of my thumb and 8 squares of sweet potato ( I counted) 3 slices of carrots and 2 pieces of broccoli and all of that will cost you $25.99 plus tax are you kidding me ? My wife stopped me from bringing this up to the management as she promised this is our last time we will be visiting this restaurant , so question to management by reducing portions and increasing prices do you think you will be gaining new loyal customers? Is ABC premium steak restaurant now ?

Came for the breakfast buffet. Reasonable price with bacon, sausages, eggs scrambled and benny, hash browns etc but my favourite was the butter chicken. Lightly spicy, dark coloured and belonged on everything! Not like you expect (I'm not usually a butter chicken fan) this was homemade and fantastic! The apple puff pastries were fresh! Not tasting like cardboard. Well-done ABC Cranbrook!

Sure glad I had the fish and chips 🍟 😋 smokin hot plate and tasty, tho tiny coleslaw...quick and responsive service and meal came in ~10 min...good job overall...bland, basic interior..but we didn't come for the ambiance!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The waitresses are the NICES PEOPLE EVER!!!!! The food is AMAZING, the whole place is just amazing!!! Been here multiple times and every time is just amazing! Please come here is your looking for amazing food, great service and an amazing place in general to eat at. I LOVE IT HERE!!!

Went there for the Sunday buffet brunch. Food was cold, and alot of the food trays were empty. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Waited and waited for them to fill them but some just never happened. Would not go back to their buffet again. Not sure what the food is like on the menu but the Buffett is definitely not worth 23-24.00.

Homemade battered chicken fingers here cannot be beat, so very, very tasty. I also noticed how great their water is compared to other food joints around town, and wonderfully pleasant server said its because they take the time to double filter it, its little things like this that will keep me coming back. I had a double meat skillet & the fingers & it all came under $40!! Don't miss this gem of place & the great friendly server girls!!
