I have ciliac and Bar burrito. Always makes food that I can eat, there always friendly and give the best service... we just had them help with food for my gender reviel and it was a big hit... ive gone there since its opened an its my favorite place in Penticton to eat.. Kasara Smith

I'm blown away by how much I enjoyed the food here. Service was great. Everyone was smiling on both sides of the counter. Real food made right in front of you. You get quite a bit for what you pay for which is more than you can say for places with similar prices. I'm very satisfied would recommend to anyone and will be a regular customer going forward.

Absolutely love the food here and get it often, although I was informed that the tips we give do not go to the staff but instead the owner. I am tipping for the service they give me, was the owner there? Did the owner make me my food? No. Won’t be tipping again even though I would love to show appreciation to the staff members.

The flavor is great. The burrito was a bit sloppy. It was too wet. Liquid was dripping everywhere. I'm sure the service is better than when I was there. They only had 1 employee working at lunchtime. He was trying his best but he should have had help. Not his fault but it was slow service.

I had a great experience at BarBurrito, and a big reason for that was Shell. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain options, made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and kept a positive attitude even during a busy rush. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about customer service. The food was prepared perfectly, and the whole experience felt easy and pleasant because of her. Employees like Shell make a real difference and are a huge asset to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location, especially if Shell is working. And thanks to Romeo as well.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this after a concerning experience. I visited this week for my usual burrito, and when I went to tip on the card machine, a staff member told me, “Please don’t tip on there, the machine tips don’t go to us.” This was surprising and honestly disappointing to hear. As a customer, I always assume tips are going directly to the staff, so this raised some concerns about transparency and how employees are being treated. It put me in an uncomfortable position and took away from what is usually a positive experience. I hope management can clarify this policy and ensure that staff are properly supported and that customers understand where their tips are going. On another note. There is often only one person working in the evenings and multiple times I have seen DoorDash drivers wait insanely long to get their orders (along with the walking). If there is only 1 person working perhaps turning off the delivery feature would be beneficial.

We had a very nice meal here. Everything was fresh and all the meats and sauces are prepared in house. Service was very friendly and helpful. Neither of us could finish our burrito, but we sure wanted to! Highly recommended.

I just recently found out about BarBurrito. The penticton location is great. The lady who helped me today her name is shell (probably spelling that wrong) she’s very friendly and helpful. The food is great. Im addicted to the extreme fries

Location seems to be hit or miss. They can oftern be very stingy with portion sizes. First two times went was great. Ordered the chips and queso and only got half a bag full of chips. Also got extra meat and she gave me another 2/3 - 3/4 …
