    The food was fantastic, the people running the restaurant were lovely and so kind, and the atmosphere was perfect. I had a mushroom-something and my friend had lasagna. It is a wonderful spot and I hope to go back someday.

    Glad to have an authentic Italian food in our small valley. The owner and staff are very friendly. The food is amazing… i love the authentic taste of Italian food. Freshly cooked by their chef. Good amount of pasta! The taste is delicious. We ordered the meatballs for Appetizers and it is homemade! This is a must try restaurant if your visiting in Fairmont Hot Springs or even if you visit nearby town in Invermere or Radium. This is just a few minutes drive.

    We visited Firenze’s with family over the long weekend and absolutely loved every part of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The owners truly make the restaurant feel special, you can tell how much passion and care they put into both the food and the atmosphere, and it creates such a wonderful dining experience. Their concept of slow cooking really shines through in every dish. Everything we tried was phenomenal, full of rich flavour and made with care. The pasta especially stood out, authentic, fresh, and perfectly cooked, just like true Italian food should be. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The desserts were also incredible and the perfect ending to the meal. The panna cotta was smooth and delicious (and homemade!), and the cheesecake was easily one of our favourites. Firenze’s is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Amazing food, exceptional service, and owners who genuinely make you feel like family. Highly recommend!

    What an amazing little slice of Italy right here in the mountains! Lovely owners and incredible food!!! Felt like I was back in Florence! Do yourself a favour and make sure you eat here! Our new fave spot in the valley.
