      • Observation(s): L'installation utilise un produit QT-40, mais possède une bande d'essai QT-10. Je crois que cela fait que les valeurs sont inexactes. Selon les instructions de fabrication, la solution quat doit être comprise entre 200 et 400ppm.

    The best bakery in the Kootenays in my opinion. Amazing sourdough and pastries. Their prices are on the high side but you get what you pay for.

    This bakery is what dreams are made of... I'm so glad we made it here after I checked and realized they were only open Tuesday-Friday. I will be dreaming of the olive rosemary baguette and the cinnamon pull apart bread. First time coming across an olive baguette with multiple varieties (Manzanilla, kalamata, castelvetrano?) and it was fresh from the oven with incredible crust and crumb texture. We also got a salted chocolate chip cookie and that was excellent but honestly on par with other cookies I've had. As a home baker the baguette and pull apart are aspirational goals. Do yourself a favor and stop by Hooper's, get some fresh baked goods and enjoy at home or bring over to Rossland Beer to enjoy with a pint. If I lived here I'd be a regular.

    Stopped in as a group on the way through town for a tasty snack and was not disappointed! Sampled the ham and cheese croissant, dark chocolate cheesecake and some of the cookies and they were all exceptional. I will definitely make a point to stop in again the next time I’m in Rossland.

    Looking for the best pastry this side of the Rossland Range? This is it! But it’s only open Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 18:00 hours. Don’t go there without grabbing a coffee from next door, Seven Summits.

    Wow can I give this place more than 5 stars?????? Like seriously I have not had such perfect lamination since I was in Paris 15 years a go! Like I live 8 hours away and I just might have to drive here just to have more of their bread and pastries.
