      • -Visible mold growth was observed on remnants of ice cream inside the mix hopper of the soft serve ice cream machine at the customer service counter. The staff confirmed the machine broke down a few days ago and that a service request has been submitted for repair.-The mix hopper must be emptied, and the machine thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to remove mold and prevent contamination. Equipment must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
