- Yes (corrected during inspection) - staff were not recording the daily monitoring of food safety temperatures with checklists/logs (with copies to be kept for a period of 90 days).Note: a copy of the AHS 'daily food safety checklist' was provided to the operator for review and use.

- No - At the front food prep hand-wash sink, the cold water tap was not functional and must be repaired. Also, the operator is to examine possible underlying leaking at piping under adjacent open cupboard section.There must be hot and cold running water under pressure at all sinks (and with a supply of liquid soap and paper towels at the hand-wash sink).
