      • 2) Kitchen handsink paper towel dispenser unable to be refilled. Manager stated they wil be ordering a new dispenser.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Service cooler to operate at 4C or colder. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this unit until it can maintain a temperature of 4C or colder.
      • 2) Replace paper towel dispenser. In the meantime, keep the roll nearby for handwashing.
