Inspection summary

Hellcrust Pizza has been inspected 8 times by Fraser Health Authority since November 27, 2023. The most recent inspection, on June 15, 2026, recorded 1 infraction.

3 of 8 inspections on record found no infractions at all. In the past 12 months there were 3 inspections with 3 infractions recorded. The higher-risk findings here relate to: Pests and Cleaning and sanitizing.

The number of infractions per inspection has stayed roughly the same over time.

What these findings mean

Health authorities word their violations differently, so we group them by what they mean for food safety. Higher-risk findings are the ones inspectors treat as critical, because they can directly make someone sick.

  • PestsHigher risk

Signs of mice, rats, cockroaches or flies, or gaps and clutter that let them get in or hide. Pests carry bacteria and can contaminate food and surfaces, so evidence of activity is treated seriously and usually triggers a follow-up visit.

Recorded 3 times across 3 separate inspections, most recently on February 11, 2026. For example: 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]

  • Cleaning and sanitizingHigher risk

Anything that touches food, such as cutting boards, dishes and utensils, must be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Inspectors check dishwasher temperatures, sanitizer strength and how wiping cloths are stored. Poor sanitizing lets bacteria survive from one use to the next.

    Recorded 2 times across 2 separate inspections, most recently on June 15, 2026. For example: 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]

  3. Routine Inspection

    1 infraction

    • 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
      • Observation: Minor evidence of mice noted in the very back area behind the shelving, as well as in the front seating area behind and beside the cooler.

Email me proof of contract by January 23, 2026 (email address is on business card). Ensure that droppings are safely cleaned up: Make a bleach solution using 20ml of bleach to 980ml of water, and pour that on to droppings. Wait 10 minutes, then wipe up the droppings or wet mop. Do not sweep or vacuum rodent droppings. Wear a proper mask and gloves when cleaning these. WorkSafeBC has information on the safe clean up of rodent issues on their website. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are sanitized in the morning using your regular Quat sanitizer before use. Droppings need to be cleaned up daily to help your pest control company identify areas where there is activity. As well, the back door seal should be repaired to ensure that it is fully across the bottom of the door, and should be changed to a material other than rubber if possible (metal or thick plastic)
