- A gap to the exterior was noted at the base of the roller receiving door. All exterior doors must be completely sealed to the outside to prevent the entry of pests and/or vermin. March 28, 2025 - weatherstripping around the roller door had been replaced, however the framing supporting the door had been damaged/deteriorated allowing gaps to the outside that require repair. Discussed issue with store manager.Pest monitoring inspection checklists were not completed. Store manager completed an inspection sheet for January during the inspection, however these inspections need to continue regularly/monthly. Send the inspection record for February for review. - February 7, 2025 - February pest monitoring inspection checklist completed during the inspection. Send the next 2 months checklists for review.

- Chlorine test strips onsite were expired in August 2024. Obtain new test strips.
