      • - walls throughout the facility must be finished to be smooth, and easily cleanable. Drywall tape/dust lifting through paint in multiple locations throughout back room requires refinishing. - center light in the back room was not working at the time of the inspection and requires repair- exposed electrical junction box noted in back room- the black shelving units in the back room were unstable and require anchoring into a wall and/or repair to be stabilized against tipping - new towel rack added at the washroom sink since last inspection - raw wood backing requires refinishing to be non-porous and easily cleanable.

      • No first aid kit onsite during inspection.

      • Play tent was visibly dirty and requires cleaning - ensure all toys are cleaned on a routine basis.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • - Additional sink outside of washroom had been added since last inspection. Water temperature measured 58.4C.- Washroom sink temperature measured 58C - ensure this is repaired to be lower than 54C and the recommended max is 49C.
