- Chemicals were stored in the lower cabinets which were freely accessible to children.Install child preventative locks on the chemical storage cabinets and/or relocate chemicals to a spot not accessible to children.Discussed with facility director and she agreed to install a child lock on the cabinet and move the chemicals up higher for the time it takes to obtain and install the child lock.
