     • 2. Purchase measuring cup to ensure the correct amount of sanitizer concentrate is used every time.
     • 3. Purchase test strips from chemical supplier to ensure washing unit has correct residual of sanitizer.

      • Observation: Bottles are getting washed/ rinsed/ sanitized using a "sterilizer" powder chemical at an unknown concentration.
      • Your newly added (without health approval) machine has an adequate wash temperature of 135-140F but not sanitize temperature.
      • Corrective Action(s): A safety plan is to be submitted to your EHO for approval. Once verified adequate by your EHO, your staff must be well versed in how to handle the "sterilizer" chemical that is on site.
