- Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove scoop from rice. Scoops must be stored outside of food/ingredient.

- 4. Unknown of staff were using this equipment earlier in the day. Equipment observed to be unplugged and covered with towel at start of inspection suggesting it was no longer in use. Equipment must be cleaned after use.

- Foods must be cooled rapidly. From cooking temperature to 20°C in 2 hours, and from 20°C - 4°C in 4 hours. Consider using shallow pans or ice wands to speed up cooling.
