      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. *REPEAT* (Corrected during inspection) Sanitizer (QUATS) measured > 400 in spray bottle at Front of House. Staff mentioned it was likely refilled the day before, and tried to dilute the sanitizer this morning.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. a. Sanitizer should be refilled daily and as needed. Please inform end of day staff to empty out sanitizer bottles as part of their closing tasks.
      • b. A wall-mounted sanitizer dispenser is available. Inform all staff to use dispenser.
      • c. Use test strips to measure concentration rather than colour of the solution. If test strips are unavailable, purchase them from your chemical supplier. Concentration check should be done daily to ensure dispenser is working properly.

Concentrations in excess of 400ppm may be toxic for human health. Container states mix 26.7 to 53.4mL concentrate in 10L of water.
