      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizing dishwasher has no detectable level of chlorine in it. Chlorine bottle connected to unit was low and pale in colour suggesting the active ingredient has dissipated. *This was noted on last inspection report*
      • Corrective Action(s): Chlorine bottle swapped out during inspection. Change bottle out more often to prevent the concentration of chlorine sanitizer from dipping too low as time goes on.

      • Corrective Action(s): Bottle changed out during inspection and top was wrapped with tape to help slow the evaporation of the active ingredient.
