      • Observation: Gap observed under door next to receiving bay door, this could allow pests to enter.
      • Corrective Action(s): Replace/adjust weather stripping to close the gap which will help deter pests from entering premise.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and sanitize areas where they were cleaned. Recommend setting mechanical traps (such as snap traps). Due: 1 week.

      • Observation: Several holes where the wall meets the floor that appear that mice could get into unit. Specific areas reviewed with operator. One hole in the wall noted in the bathroom wall near the floor level also observed.
      • Corrective Action(s): Plug up holes with a pest resistant material to prevent/discourage pest movement. Due: 1 week

      • Observation:
      • The linoleum installed in the storage room, as you enter the presmies, is not smooth and sealed. The flooring underneath is showing and water can travel beneath the linuoleum and rot the material below.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Repair and/or re-install the linoleum floor so that it is permanent, smooth, and sealed to exclude water when cleaning.
